Welcome to Avalon Assisted Living where we live our mission of creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day! We strive to provide the most home-like environment for seniors who need or desire a little assistance with dialiy living. Each resident's assistance program is designed specifically to maintain the highest level of independence.

Our campus includes senior retirement apartments with assistance options, cottage-style assisted living, and person-centered memory care services. We have ample indoor and outdoor spaces for resident use and perfect viewing areas for the many deer, songbirds, and other wildlife that visit our grounds!

Alzheimer's Support Group

Avalon Assisted Living Community announces its very own Alzheimer's Support Group!

WHEN: 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month
The second Monday is for Avalon Residents and their Friends and Families only.
The fourth Monday is open to the entire Madison/Fitchburg community to attend at Avalon.

If you are a caregiver, spouse or family member of someone suffering from Alzheimer's disease or another age-related dementia, join us for our support group. You will be able to gather information, learn about Alzheimer's and dementia resources, and talk to others with family suffering from the disease.
