We host an Alzheimer’s Support Group 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month The second Monday is for Avalon Residents and their Friends and Families only. The fourth Monday is open to the entire Madison/Fitchburg community to attend at Avalon.

If you are a caregiver, spouse or family member of someone suffering from Alzheimer's disease or another age-related dementia, join us for our support group. You will be able to gather information, learn about Alzheimer's and dementia resources, and talk to others with family suffering from the disease.
