Each cottage functions more like a group home- with private studios, semi-private accessible baths, more intimate common living and dining areas, as well as more individual staff attention.

Each studio includes:

• Individual Climate Control
• 24-hour Emergency Call System
• 24-hour Resident Assistants
• Full smoke alarm and sprinkler system
• Basic Utilities including sewer, water, electricity, and garbage
• Regular apartment maintenance

All of our regular Assisted Living services are also available in the apartments.
